Return/Refund Policy

Services:

• If a service membership or package has been made and later, there is a wish to return, please note that I DO NOT offer cash or credit returns. Ever. 
• I will, however, provide a service credit to be used on any other service I provide.
• You are also able to sell or gift your remaining service package or membership to a friend or family member.
• You must provide me with the name, email, and phone number of the person so I know what to expect.

Product Return Policy

• If you have the unblemished, unused product and have decided to return it, you will receive product credit.
• There will be NO cash or credit card returns of any kind.
• The only exception for the above is if you would like to return your product for a reduction in price for a workshop, class, wellness pod session, health/life coaching, Reiki, or guided meditation session. (Note: No massage session of any kind.)

Workshops:

• If you sign up and prepay for a workshop, the amount you pay is not refundable, but you can put the funds/credit towards a different workshop, different day, or any of the services offered by LeJoy Nichols at The Joyful Life: A Wellness Boutique LLC. Make the request by calling creating a contact message through this site, 612.345.7190, emailing lejoy@thejoyfullifewb.com, reaching out on messenger through my Facebook page, or sending a test to 612.735.5955. This
