The practice of Meditation, a type of complimentary medicine that helps mind, body and spirit, has been documented as far back as 1500 BCE. Many people don’t practice meditation, but studies show it’s necessary to our well-being. If your session begins before 6 pm Monday- Friday, 5 pm on Saturdays, the doors will be unlocked. 


If after, or any time on Sundays, I'll text a Guest Pass link to click and the door will unlock for you! (If the system is down, CALL me at 612.735.5955 and I'll come let you in.)
